Modern design with convenient access to public transport.

The check-in process was frustrating. the staff seemed unprofessional and unhelpful. Our room wasn't cleaned on the third night despite our request for fresh towels. The bottle of water in the room for €3 was ridiculous and felt like a money grab.

easy access to parks and vibrant local attractions

staying here was fantastic, as the hotel is right next to the metro station for quick city access and only a 15-minute walk to the East Side Gallery, where you can see incredible street art along the Berlin Wall.

The hotel is very modern and vibrant, with an

exceptionally friendly atmosphere. The parking is cheap, only 3 Euros a day, and the nearby public transport options make it easy to explore Berlin. However, the rooms are a bit small and could use a mini-fridge for longer stays.

Late breakfast hours

Loved the cozy, sparkling clean rooms and the early check-in! The U-Bahn is super close, and tons of tasty takeout options nearby 🍜. Just be aware of some homeless folks under the bridge nearby.

Great location just 2-3 minutes from transport! The room was clean with fun games to keep entertained. We had an excellent stay with easy access to everything.

We had a wonderful stay! The hotel is just a few minutes from the U-bahn, making it easy to explore Berlin. We loved the fun lobby with games and the pet-friendly policy. Our kids enjoyed spending time together at nearby parks.

My kids wished for a larger room for more play space.

The hotel is right next to Frankfurter Allee, which made getting around super easy. We enjoyed chilling in the lobby area after our adventures, and the nearby shopping mall was perfect for grabbing snacks. The staff were friendly and offered water refills, which was a nice touch!

However, the fire alarm went off at night and created some confusion. It was a bit unsettling, but thankfully, everything turned out fine.

Just a great fit for a quick stop in Berlin with great value for money. The reception staff was very friendly and helped me with directions to nearby attractions. Check the lobby for free coffee in the morning to kickstart your day.

The hotel offers a fantastic connection to the city center with an U-Bahn station just a short walk away. The cleanliness and modern ambiance of the rooms create a refreshing atmosphere throughout the stay. Despite being centrally located, there are shopping options right beneath the hotel, providing easy access to food and shopping. I also appreciated the friendly staff who were always available to assist with any requests. Late breakfast hours were a pleasant surprise, allowing for a relaxed start to the day.

The noise from the nearby area could be a little distracting during the night.

I've stayed in berlin before, but holiday inn, the niu, hide berlin friedrichshain by ihg really exceeded my expectations. The stylish rooms were clean and let the kids play safely, which was a huge plus for us. The tram station right next door made exploring the city a breeze.
